Bodyshop Advisor
28k - 32k Basic Salary!
Monday to Friday 8am 5pm!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor with a strong motor trade background to join a busy customer-focused repair centre. Youll be the vital link between customers and the workshop managing repair journeys smoothly and professionally while delivering outstanding service every step of the way. If you excel at communication organisation and customer care within the motor trade this role puts you front and centre.
What Youll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process
- Manage repair bookings customer communications and expectations
- Liaise between customers workshop technicians and parts suppliers
- Keep accurate records and ensure smooth job progress
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What Youll Need:
- Proven experience in the motor trade ideally in a bodyshop or similar environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive professional attitude
- Driving licence not required (max 6 penalty points if applicable)
What Youll Get:
- Salary between 28000 and 32000 basic
- Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (flexible) plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Local parking and company benefits
- Training provided as needed
