On Track Education provides specialist education for young people with diverse and complex needs. Established in 2004 by a dedicated team of Special Educational Needs (SEN) teachers we now operate eight independent schools across England. On Track Advance delivers a Post-16 programme designed to provide a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students can excel academically grow personally and prepare for their future lives. We foster skills such as critical thinking creativity resilience and teamwork. Our supportive pastoral care ethos ensures that every student feels valued respected and equipped to face challenges with confidence. Students study a bespoke programme which is designed to meet their individual needs.
With a strong focus on social and emotional development the school adopts trusting respectful relationships between staff and pupils forming the foundation for meaningful progress. Its motivational and progressive curriculum is underpinned by the therapeutic principles of THRIVE supporting each young persons emotional wellbeing alongside academic achievement.
All about the role:
Due to expansion we are looking for a Part-time Cookery and Childcare Tutor. A Qualified Teacher is preferred but consideration will be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications who have experience of teaching. You must have experience ofworking with young people in an SEN environment and be passionate about the social and emotional wellbeing of children.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the pupils is essential.
