Job Summary:
Constellium is on a strategic transformation journey and were looking for a SAP Controlling Expert to join our Enterprise Applications team a key pillar of our Central IT organization.
As part of the Finance stream in our S/4HANA transformation you will act as a bridge between business teams and IT with a focus on enhancing Finance & Controlling processes. You will lead functional analysis propose and implement SAP solutions (mainly in SAP CO) and support operational change across our global footprint.
Working closely with business users Logistics domain experts and external partners youll help drive process improvement ensure solution delivery and contribute to key SAP projects.
Your key responsibilities will be :
Participate as SAP Controlling expert in our Transformational SAP S/4HANA program
Act as SAP CO subject matter expert across key areas: Product Costing (CO-PC) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Collaborate with Finance teams across Constellium Sites to understand and gather requirements for both indirect and direct procurement processes.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current procurement workflows identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
Proactively identify opportunities across Finance processes across various Constellium sites and design S/4HANA process around them.
Lead workshops/discussions with Business and external parties and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to translate them into S/4HANA solutions.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Validate/Verify solution designs and effort estimate in Projects as well as change requests.
Ensure seamless integration between domain functions operations and 3rd party suppliers.
Leadership competencies technical skills requirement
Strong knowledge in SAP Controlling modules is a must in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of integration between Controlling & Production Planning module. Experience in Metal industry is a plus.
Should have executed at least one SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module.
Good understanding of Controlling processes and in managing respective applications.
8 - 10 years of experiences in an international IT environment
Excellent organizational administrative and soft skills with the ability to multitask.
Proactive open minded and flexible personality with experience in working on a matrix environment.
Occasional travel could be required in Europe
Fluent in French & English German is a plus
