Role: Early Childhood Teacher Educational Leader
Location: Yarrawonga VIC
Centre: Goodstart Yarrawonga Exceeding NQS!
Employment Type: Permanent. 30-38 Hours per week
Pay: $49.53-$68.34 P/h Super (DOE and Qualification)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Youll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Active ECE VIT registration full or provisional
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
