Job Description

Scope

Focus on Operations Hospitality and other businessImplement human resources strategy for recruitment onboarding integration performance and talent policies for each team/individual on a regional or sub regional level for the Operational area (Hotels and other businesses).

Responsabilities and areas of action

Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for his/hers region/unit including the announcement of job vacancies on different channels screening CVs and conducting screening interviews validating the selected candidate with Operations and submits admission the elaboration/renewal of employment contractual recruitment events in hotel schools and universities employability events organizing roadshows and liaison with universities and temporary work the onboarding process by ensuring that all procedures follow local legislation and preparing the appropriate induction and monitor the onboarding offboarding and crossboarding processes as well as annual holidays exit interviews on absences overtime holidays subsidies commissions pay-out items for salary processing of the respective with service providers according the local Monthly quarterly and annual results within HR KPIs (GOP Outsourcing Overtime etc).
