Under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager this role is responsible aiding in Loss Prevention activities using Purolator systems and CCTV review to investigate high priority traces claims theft fraud and loss incidents. Conduct audits and provide reports to the Loss Prevention team to identify areas of opportunity trend national damage and loss claims prevent and mitigate loss and damages through education investigation and observation of shipment handling to both PCL employees and customers.
