Job Description

  • Make a meaningful difference by supporting survivors and holding those who use violence accountable to reduce family violence risk.
Your new role

As Case Manager PASP you will help victim survivors - including children and young peopleremain safely in their own homes and connected to their communities. Your support will focus on creating stability and safety for those impacted by family violence.

You will also work to keep people who use violence engaged with services ensuring they remain visible to the system. This helps manage immediate risks and supports their journey toward behaviour change and accountability.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent in line with the mandatory minimum qualification requirements for specialist family violence practitioners
  • Principal Facilitator in line with the Mens Behaviour Change Standards (Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management) or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working with perpetrators of family violence
  • Experience in case management and conducting assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people and protect them from abuse and neglect.
