Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Benefits Specialist to join our People team. This role will play a key part in adninistering and supporting the compliance and strategic development of our employee benefits programs globally. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in health and welfare benefits a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.

What Youll Do:

  • Administer and support Global employee benefit plans including health dental vision life disability FSA/HSA commuter and Retirement Plan
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions resolving issues and liaising with vendors as needed
  • Assist in the planning and execution of open enrollment plan renewals and wellness initiatives
  • Partner with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and data integrity across systems
  • Assist in managing benefit vendor relationships and monitoring service levels
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws (ERISA ACA COBRA HIPAA etc.) and support reporting requirements (e.g. Form 5500 ACA filings)
  • Participate in benefits policy updates and communication
  • Support M&A benefits integration audits and special projects as needed
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining plan documents employee communications and benefits intranet content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Finance Legal and external partners

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in U.S. benefits administration; global benefits experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of health and welfare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • CEBS PHR or related certification is a plus
