Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Secret Clearance
- Experience with ADVANA procurement and audit analytics or ADVANA experience
- Experience working in DoD Financial Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of major financial management business systems owned by the DoD and the organizations that use those systems
- Ability to communicate with advise executives on financial management and financial statement audit matters
- Experience with providing seamless data integration and availability
- Experience testing APIs and Authentication methods
- Proficient with RESTful APIs SOAP and other HTTP request protocols ensuring secure and efficient data exchange
- Experience developing optimizing and maintaining data ingest flows
- Experience using dashboard and web applications on ADVANA
- Experience using the DoD IT Portfolio Repository (DITPR)
- Experience putting together response packages to audit inquiries Prepared by Client (PBC) requests Executive Orders and executive-coordinated documents
- Ability to manipulate and integrate data from multiple databases using SQL Python or other languages
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Accounting Finance Economics or a related field preferred
