We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate administrative aspects of associated clinics including preparation of reports using administrative programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint QlikView and SharePoint.
- Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas taking meeting minutes and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams.
- Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies or services and the repair of equipment including submitting work orders as needed.
- Respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll (time-off policies procedures and scheduling).
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
