As Facilities Manager youll lead a dedicated team across 4 locations collaborate with diverse service partners and create exceptional experiences for our prestigious JLL client. This role offers the perfect blend of operational leadership and team development in some of the most vibrant commercial markets.

Check out some of your day as an FM
- Build strong client relationships and exceed service expectations ensuring all contract requirements and Key Performance Indicators are met or surpassed.
- Manage multiple sites according to agreed policies and procedures while identifying operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee repairs maintenance and work requests through to completion while supporting site moves additions and changes as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety environmental and risk management policies across all locations.
- Manage vendor performance and contracts documenting any service issues and coordinating with internal teams like A/V IT security and project management.
- Control operational expenses within agreed budgets while preparing financial reports managing accruals and forecasting for all sites.
- Process vendor payments using company systems while adhering to financial authority limits and compliance requirements.
- Lead small-scale construction projects and help develop annual capital plans in partnership with client representatives.
- Manage develop and supervise a professional team providing excellent onboarding training and team-building activities.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork cooperation and service excellence while embodying JLLs core values of Teamwork Ethics and Excellence.
Who we are looking for
Required
- 5 years of facilities management or operations experience. Knowledge of building systems HVAC electrical mechanical and services.
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.
- Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.
- Willing to travel between sites regularly
- Computer proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other professional certification
Pay $108000 depending on experience with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7 for emergency responses.
