Beautiful Windows Blinds is looking for a receptionist who maintains a high level of professionalism patience and efficiency to minimize customer dissatisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
Ability to manage and motivate a team. Responsible for overseeing the staff assigning tasks providing feedback and ensuring quality service.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers either via Showroom or the telephone You set the tone for your customer service experience. You would need to be organized friendly and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone. Answer general inquiries about products and services and direct specific questions to the appropriate sales associate or designer.
Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm in-store consultations in-home measurements and installation appointments. Manage the appointment calendar and send reminders.
Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail manage office supplies and assist with filing and data entry.
Sales Support: Process basic sales transactions create invoices and assist with preparing quotes. Provide product information and brochures to customers.
Support all aspects of Design and Purchasing.
Coordinate all communications create spreadsheets issue purchase orders follow-up invoicing. Schedule and organize deliveries coordinate installations for merchandise. Handle all service and repairs of customers Blinds.
Communication: Act as a liaison between customers sales staff and installers. Relay messages accurately and promptly.
Light Merchandising/Maintenance: Ensure product displays are tidy and presentable. Report any issues with the showroom or displays. Maintain Fabric library and organize fabrics flooring samples catalogues.
Must be authorized to work in United States for any employer.

Receive deliveries
Prepare schedules for the installers and Sales Team etc.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with customers and team members.
Education: High school diploma or GED. An associate or bachelors degree in communications or business.
Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems and other office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing skills. Answer phones fax scan order office supplies and filing letter writing and proofreading. Must have experience using Google products including calendar.
Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage appointments handle paperwork and keep the reception area orderly is vital.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuinely friendly and helpful demeanor with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with basic computer programs like Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and the ability to learn scheduling or CRM software.
Multitasking Ability: The capacity to juggle phone calls in-person greetings and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to calmly and effectively address customer concerns or unexpected situations.
Professionalism: A polished and presentable appearance reflecting the stores image.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are important for this front-facing role.
Qualifications:
Experience in Retail or Design: Previous experience in a retail environment especially one related to home furnishings or design can be a plus.
Knowledge of Window Treatments: While not essential a basic understanding of different types of blinds shades and draperies would be beneficial and could be easily taught.
Must possess drivers license.
Maintain and expand all social media platforms; Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Twitter/Google
Monitor online reviews and respond to the reviews.
Hours of Operations: Monday- Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Sat 10-5 Salary & Commission.
