JobSquad formerly Advance Employment is hiring Traffic Regulators across the state of Michigan. This seasonal position is perfect for those who like to travel enjoy working outdoors helping others meeting new people & earning money!
Pay Rates Based on Distance from Office
Leads receive additional $.50/hr
Regular Pay (0-50 miles) - $18.50
Travel Pay (51-80 miles) - $19.50
Over 80 Miles Reg Pay - $20.50
Over 100 Miles Reg Pay - $25.00
Fuel Program
Every Monday we check the average cost of regular fuel in Michigan for the current pay period. When fuel is $4.00 to $4.99 per gallon you will receive a $20 reimbursement for fuel. When fuel is $5.00 per gallon that week you will receive a $40 reimbursement.
Job Duties
Directing incoming & outgoing traffic
Redirecting traffic for closed off roads
Controlling the flow of traffic based on the site
Utilizing the Stop/Slow sign hand signals & radios
Communicating with other Traffic Regulators
Requirements
Valid Non-Restricted Michigan Drivers License
Reliable Vehicle - Must Stay on Site with You
Valid Auto Insurance in Your Name or Listed as an Insured Driver
Open Availability Sunup to Sundown seven (7) Days a Week
Willingness to Travel Up 50 Miles One Way
Ability & willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
