Role Overview:
As a Lead React Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the front-end architecture of our web applications.
Your expertise in React JavaScript and modern front-end technologies will be crucial in ensuring our products are scalable performant and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers product managers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new or modifying user-facing features using and TypeScript.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.Write clean modular and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to rendering data fetching and client-side performanceMentor and guide junior developers conducting code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Contribute to the overall architecture of the application ensuring scalability and maintainability.Participate in sprint planning estimation and backlog grooming within an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React
.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML5 and CSS3
.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Context API or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end tooling (Webpack Babel NPM/Yarn).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs WebSockets and integration with backend services.
Knowledge of React hooks component lifecycle and performance optimization techniques
.Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest Mocha Enzyme or similar).
Experience with Version Control (Git) and collaboration in a distributed team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Good to have Skills:
Experience with NodeJS.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and frameworks like .
Knowledge of UI component libraries like Material-UI Ant Design or Bootstrap.
Understanding of containerization and deployment using tools like Docker
