The opportunity

As part of the AI & Data team within our Technology Consulting practice you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful data solutionsranging from modern data lakes and real-time pipelines to actionable insights and AIpowered analytics. You will have the opportunity to work and take responsibilities in challenging engagements gaining exposure to clients in various sectors both in Greece and abroad.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable cloud-native data architectures including lakehouse streaming and batch data processing solutions.
• Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust future-proof technical designs collaborating closely with stakeholders and solution teams.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams promoting best practices in data engineering Cloud platforms DevOps CI/CD etc.
• Conduct data discovery and assessment workshops providing architectural guidance on integration transformation storage and access patterns.
• Drive technical leadership across end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with both business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations prioritize technical workstreams and oversee concurrent engagements with a focus on quality scalability and sustainability.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or other related quantitative fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Experience in Data Architectures (Data Lakehouse / Data Warehouse).
• Solid foundation in data modeling and advanced data engineering frameworks and patterns.
• Knowledge of leading data platforms and tools on cloud and/or on premise (e.g. Azure Data Fabric AWS Redshift Databricks Snowflake Cloudera etc.)
