About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on experiencedInstallation Managerto oversee multiple commercial flooring projects throughout the Austin area. If you have a strong background in commercial flooring solid leadership skills and thrive in a boots-on-the-ground environment this could be the next step in your career.
This role manages 25 job sites a day (5 on the high end) provides oversight and coordination for installers ensures timely project execution and delivers top-quality results in sectors such as education healthcare athletics and corporate environments. Youll also be equipped with a company vehicle and work closely with a down-to-earth experienced team that values flexibility accountability and professionalism without the corporate stiffness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on commercial flooring job sites (typically 13 month project cycles)
- Coordinate direct and support installers across multiple active projects
- Monitor project timelines site conditions materials and installer performance
- Conduct minor hands-on work when needed but focus on supervision and quality control
- Communicate progress and updates to internal teams via Excel and
- Ensure safety cleanliness and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction across projects
Who Were Looking For:
- 510 years of commercial flooring experience
- Previous management or crew lead experience
- Strong working knowledge of job site operations and installation timelines
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple sites and teams
- Comfortable with project management tools like and Excel
- No residential flooring experience please
