As Deputy Program Manager you will be instrumental in driving the growth of revolutionary Robotics solutions. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day program activities. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international customers and holding cross-functional teams accountable to ensure program success. Essential Functions:
Responsible for ensuring the programs schedule stays on track and key milestones are completed
Brief and interact with customers users and upper management on all facets of the program
Collaborate with Finance for EVMS data collection financial and manpower forecasting reporting and variance justification
Lead the integration of the program integrated master schedule (IMS) and track progress
Assist and/or lead pursuit activities with Business Development including shaping business cases and managing internal funds for pursuit activities
Support the programs schedule and completion of key milestones
Assist with monitoring the programs performance
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years or prior related experience; Or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
10% travel may be required to support customer requirements
Preferred Additional Skills:
CAM/IPTL experience
Engineering background
Experience with DoD contract execution
Experience with COBRA/EVMS
PMP Certification or PLS training
Ability to support occasional overtime work including evenings weekends and holidays as needed to meet business objectives
Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products (Excel PowerPoint and Word)
Working knowledge of system-level requirements design practices hardware specification and development is desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
