Location: Auburn NY United States
Compensation for this position is $113000 - $138000 plus an annual ROA bonus. Last 3 year average bonus has been $26000
Basic Job Functions:
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the coordination oversight and execution of Nucor Steel Auburns accounting reporting and internal control activities. This role reports directly to the division Controller and serves as a backup for the Controller Accountants Accounts Payable Credit Analyst and other Finance Department roles as needed.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies procedures and housekeeping standards to make safety a priority at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or business
- Minimum of 3 years in a finance related role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Accounting Finance or Business
- Prior leadership experience
