TheMedical Directorwill:
Provide high-level clinical oversight and leadership for the veterinary team
Deliver quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
Guide medical protocols support continuous improvement and uphold standards of care
Mentor associate veterinarians and support staff in clinical and professional development
Collaborate with the practice manager on hospital operations staffing and client service
Promote a positive team culture that encourages communication growth and patient-focused care
Work aflexible schedulethat supports a healthy work-life balance
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)degree from an accredited institution
Active or eligibleCalifornia veterinary license
Strong clinical and surgical experience in small animal practice
Prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for patient care team development and practice leadership
