Warehouse Clerk
Full-Time
Indianapolis IN
Compensation: Up to $24/hr.
An established aerospace manufacturer in Indianapolis IN is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support its growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in inventory control stock movement and ERP systems who enjoys working in a structured high-precision environment.
What Youll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:
As an Warehouse Clerk youll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records performing regular cycle counts and ensuring that materials and parts are available to support production schedules. Youll work closely with purchasing production and warehouse staff to help keep operations running efficiently.
Warehouse Clerk Duties Include:
Receive count and inspect incoming materials and parts
Enter inventory transactions into ERP/MRP system
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple locations
Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Assist with kitting and staging materials for production
Track and report low stock damaged items or inventory variances
Organize stock areas and maintain cleanliness and orderliness
Communicate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability
Adhere to safety and quality control standards at all times
What Were Looking For:
1 years of warehouse inventory or stockroom experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Familiarity with inventory software ERP or MRP systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic understanding of warehouse/inventory documentation and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Physical ability to lift/move inventory and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and organizational skills
