**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary communicator between **sales customers and accounting** ensuring clarity and smooth transactions.
- Monitor and oversee ongoing projects occasionally visiting job sites to ensure quality and progress.
- Manage logistics including **shipping and receiving** to optimize workflow.
- Utilize **basic IT and accounting knowledge** to streamline processes and support decision-making.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Strong communication skills ability to effectively coordinate between departments and clients.
- **Basic IT knowledge** comfortable with email spreadsheets and simple software applications.
- **Basic accounting knowledge** understanding of invoices purchase orders and financial transactions.
- Experience in **operations logistics or a related field** (preferably within office furniture or manufacturing).
