Job Description
Note:If not local remote positions are also available. Hybrid NOT available.If local this position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Pasadena CA office.
Note:The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of structural engineering experience (wood steel and concrete) and a degree in structural engineering. A PE license is preferred (SE is a plus).

Job Description
- Design and manage structural projects including warehouses tilt-up buildings Amazon distribution centers data centers and multi-family developments.
- Prepare structural plans specifications and calculations for wood steel and concrete structures.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.
- Participate in structural assessments and coordinate with contractors and architects.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting billable work; quarterly bonuses based on billable revenue generated.
- Opportunity to advance quickly into Associate-level positions with demonstrated performance.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with experience focused on structural design (not Mechanical).
- 5 years of structural engineering experience (wood steel and concrete required).
- PE license preferred; SE is a plus.
- U.S.-based education preferred
- Open to any noncitizen candidates who are legally eligible to work in the U.S. (with or without sponsorship)..
- Must have full-time in-office availability if local
- No freelance-only backgrounds; must have a stable work history in structural engineering.
