smartdept. is searching for a Digital Content Specialist for a marketing client located in Ada MI. The ideal candidate will come with 2 years of experience. This is a full-time onsite 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension.
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to assist with the development and execution of campaigns utilizing a new customer 360 database and marketing automation platform. Youll play a key role in managing campaign deliverables coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate communications to clients.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders agencies and the CRM production team
- Identify CRM deliverables and manage all aspects of the campaign including planning timelines risks and resources
- Submit use cases and supporting artifacts for review and approval
- Schedule creative downloads and update content briefs
- Manage creative routing finalize proof comments for agency edits and provide final English HTML for the translation team
- Conduct in-depth QA of emails in each language for all ANA markets (check links artwork videos etc.)
- Provide insight and explanation to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities
- Track campaign progress (activities milestones deliverables) and update estimates as needed
- Send final CRM creative to internal stakeholders for reference
- Provide on-call support for end-of-month and urgent communications as needed
- Serve as backup for the email coordinator
What Youll Need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Communications or a related field
- Experience with content localization project management and Workfront/Monday platforms
- Strong understanding of communication and email marketing principles triggered campaigns and A/B testing
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors
- Experience organizing prioritizing and managing competing demands and fluctuating workloads
- Flexible able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Significant organizational and prioritization abilities
- Professional-level interpersonal and administration skills
- Ability to work onsite in Ada
