Sales Representative Residential Building Products (Fort Myers FL Hybrid)

Fort Myers FLFull-timeBase $50K$75K Commission (Top earners $250K)

Flexible Hours Hybrid Schedule (2 days in-office)


Are you a motivated outside sales professional with a strong network in the residential construction industry Join a fast-growing interior finish solutions provider serving Floridas top production homebuilders. This is a high-opportunity role offering strong earning potential a solid customer base and a rapidly expanding market presence in the Fort Myers region.


What Youll Sell:

We offer a comprehensive suite of 7 product scopes tailored for residential builders including:

  • Cabinets
  • Countertops (quartz granite etc.)
  • Flooring
  • Window Treatments
  • Wire Shelving
  • Mirrors
  • Appliances & Specialties


Reps who understand these categories and know how to build relationships with builders can quickly scale their earnings with some making over $250K annually.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Sell interior finish products directly to production homebuilders
  • Manage client accounts from prospecting through close including bids quotes and change orders
  • Meet regularly with builder clients including DR Horton Meritage and other large regional developers
  • Collaborate closely with internal admin teams and operations staff
  • Maintain and report on sales pipeline using Zoho CRM
  • Explain product specs finishes warranties and installation requirements confidently
  • Navigate technical objections and provide consultative product guidance


What Were Looking For:

  • 5 years of outside sales experience in the construction design or homebuilder marketORmotivated early-career professionals eager to grow
  • Proven track record of selling to production builders or working with vendors servicing that space
  • Strong understanding of interior finish categories and their installation nuances
  • Ability to build trust with builders handle objections and manage scope changes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho)
  • Strong local or regional builder network a huge plus (DR Horton Meritage Lennar etc.)
