There is an immediate Role to fill in Parramatta for a Volume Brand with other Locations across Sydney always looking for great Talent.
Their Lead Advisor is earning $130K - Uncapped Commissions !
You will be supported by a structured Management Team & have the opportunity to be provided additional training to advance your Career.
As an integral part of the Dealership you will be the Face & Voice of the Service Centre with direct Customer contact you have to be focused on premium service standards as well as maximising profitability for the Service Centre. We are after people who have previous Automotive experience. This is a fast paced environment where you need to proficiently assess Service requirements & Repairs for the vehicle provide accurate Quotes on work needed liaise with Parts & Mechanics for repair time estimates and effectively communicate progress to the satisfaction of the Client.
Customer Service standards are of high priority & for many roles are valued KPIs.
About You (Must Haves)
Previous Experience within the Automotive Industry highly regarded
Excellent Communication Customer Service & Negotiation Skills
Team Player as well as being able to work autonomously
Mechanical knowledge & Background advantageous
High attention to detail & computer literate
History of achieving/exceeding Targets
Thrive in a Fast Paced environment
Current NSW Drivers Licence

Base Salary (dependant of Experience) Up to $80K Super Car OR Allowance Commissions with OTE$110K
