Job Description

Do you thrive in building meaningful relationships and promoting growth in a competitive market Are you keen on working with up-to-date technology and high-end audio solutions Do you want to expand Bang & Olufsens presence across North Americas Custom Integration (CI) channel

As the Key Account Manager for CI North America you will manage and grow relationships with CI partners across the Northeast region of the United States. You will be instrumental in boosting sales providing product knowledge and assisting partners with system design solutions to ensure their effectiveness with Bang & Olufsen products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to boost revenue growth within the Custom Integration channel.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with CI partners providing ongoing sales support training and consultation.
  • Serve as a product expert assisting partners with system designs and technical inquiries to ensure seamless integration of Bang & Olufsen solutions.
  • Conduct regular partner visits and calls to assess needs deliver product presentations and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product management to support partner growth and brand positioning.
  • Represent Bang & Olufsen at industry events trade shows and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


What you bring

As a Key Account Manager you will bring your knowledge to the Custom Integration channel along with a passion for high-end audio and system design. You will be a resourceful professional capable of managing a large geographic territory and meeting targets.


Moreover you bring:

  • Solid experience in sales within the Custom Integration channel particularly in high-end audio home automation or home entertainment.
  • Solid technical understanding of system design and integration processes.
  • Effective communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage a large geographic territory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is valued.
  • Existing network within the Custom Integration community in the Northeast U.S.

Compensation:
Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: New York US hybrid working
Start date: As soon as possible
Travel: Up to 50%
