Senior PtP Process Specialist Pozna
Role overview
Were hiring a Senior PTP Process Specialist to join our Purchase to Pay (PTP) team. This role offers broad exposure to finance procurement and systems with direct reporting to the AP and T&E Process Manager. Youll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process governance performance tracking and operational improvements. The position also involves partnering with our service provider to ensure consistent and effective delivery of PTP services. Its an opportunity for someone who enjoys being responsible for and contributing to the efficiency and quality of PTP operations.
What youll be doing
- Support testing and deployment of new PTP tools and environments (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Ariba)
- Coordinate change-related activities with IT finance procurement and local business teams
- Contribute to governance setup including SLA/KPI frameworks and process measurement
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Contribute to operational planning through data analysis and process insights
- Lead small-scale initiatives and support knowledge sharing across the team
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Partner with the service provider to maintain operational excellence and compliance
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who has:
- Solid experience in AP or PTP processes in a global or regional setting
- Familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA or Ariba preferred)
- Solid ownership and ability to work independently
- Advanced communication analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process transformation migrations or ERP rollouts
- Ability to lead small projects and support change management activities
- Fluent English (written and spoken. min. B2); an additional language would be beneficial
