Could you be the full-time VIE - Finance Project Analyst (m/f) in Bautzen Germany were looking for
Your future role :
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a key role in supporting the financial health of our projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including project managers finance teams and auditors) maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the success of our projects through insightful analysis and reporting.
Youll specifically take care of monitoring project financials and tracking cash flow but also support audits and invoicing processes.
Well look to you for:
Supporting the Finance Project Manager in Work Package Reviews by providing data and preliminary cost analysis
Maintaining accurate records in systems like SAP and QlikView ensuring reconciliation with agreed financials
Tracking customer payments and managing overdue accounts
Preparing monthly dashboards for key performance indicators
Assisting with customer invoicing
Supporting audits both statutory and internal

Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Finance or Business
Finance and/or accounting background
Experience in the project industry is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
Team player with an open-minded approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP R/3
Fluency in English; German language skills are an asset
