Job Description

Do you have experience in production and enjoy hands-on work Or are you ready to take the next step towards becoming an Operator We are looking for Operators and motivated candidates who want to grow in the field of manufacturing operations.
You will be working in one of Europes most advanced kitchen production facilities. The environment is clean safe and focused on teamwork. Together with your colleagues you ensure the production runs smoothly and efficiently. Quality collaboration and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up operating and monitoring machines for producing components or assembling kitchen cabinets
- Determining efficient production sequences and processing production data
- Proactively monitoring and adjusting processes to prevent disruptions
- Ensuring the quality of the products you produce or assemble
- Performing first-line maintenance and supporting technical staff with further maintenance
Who Are We Looking For
- MBO level 2 or 3 (intermediate vocational education) or similar thinking/working level
- Willingness to follow internal training on modern machinery
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Willingness to work in 2-shift or 3-shift systems
