Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator.
- This role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales Service and Experience Clouds with a focus on developing and managing complex Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain solutions in Sales Service and Experience Clouds
- Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking capabilities
- Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
- Develop using Lightning Framework including Lightning components Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Perform technical analysis design development and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
- Build solutions on platform including development in Visualforce Lightning Apex Web Services and APIs
- Implement and manage continuous integration automation and deployment processes
- Story Behind the Need Business Group & Key Projects:

- Hiring contingent worker to implement a Salescloud solutions.
- Will be providing integration support and implementing changes to system designs.
- Need to be able to be a lead / leader on projects Review design & changes and handle implementation needs with minimal direction.
Typical Day in the Role:
Interaction with Team:
- Will collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
- Will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators.
- You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders.
Typical Task Breakdown:
The scope of the implementation includes:
- Automate the research proposal submission and review process
- Conduct proposal reviews by reviewer and chair team
- Streamline grant management and tracking
- Provide real-time reporting and analytics on research activities
- Integrate with existing ARI systems for seamless data flow.

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
- 3 years of Salesforce Development experience utilizing Apex Visualforce Lightning component frameworks triggers batch Apex and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP REST BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience leading the design automation deployment and support of large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP REST BULK APIs Mulesoft third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
- Expertise in Sales Service and Experience Clouds is required
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Haves:
- Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
- Working with Lightning Framework Lightning components Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
- Perform technical analysis design development implementation of applications with necessary customization.
- Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build solution on platform including development in Visualforce Lightning Apex Web Services and APIs.
- Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
- Experience with continuous integrations automations and deployment of processes.
Top 3 must-have hard skills
- 5 years of Salesforce Development experience utilizing Apex Visualforce Lightning component frameworks triggers batch Apex and Salesforce APIs.
- Previous Experience using AWS Systems
- Experience leading the design automation deployment and support of large-scale infrastructure
