Job Description
Job Summary for Miles Development Engineer:
- Configure and develop Miles application based on business requirements
- Analyze requirements and translate them into appropriate product configurations
- Design effective technical solutions aligned with project needs
- Prepare comprehensive test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers on product usage
- Develop user manuals and documentation to assist end-users
- Monitor application performance and prepare behavior reports
- Verify and execute batch plans and bulk operations within the system
- Maintain and update lookup tables as required
- Manage and resolve major incidents related to Contract Management System
