Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead Fullstack Developer position with 5 to 8 years of experience based in Bengaluru.
- Mandatory technical skills: Java Fullstack JavaScript Spring.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of 3 to 5 engineers for end-to-end application development and enhancement.
- Responsible for overseeing the development process from inception to delivery collaborating with design and product teams.
- Lead SCRUM teams and processes; SCRUM certification (CSM/CSPO) preferred.
- Work on high-performance scalable web-based applications for commercial digital content platforms.
- Expertise in modern development frameworks: Spring Boot React Angular with strong skills in Java JavaScript HTML5 and CSS.
- Strong experience with microservices-based system design deployment and building RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in modern front-end build tools (Babel Webpack NPM) and state management (Redux GraphQL).
- Experience with both NoSQL (DynamoDB Redis) and relational databases (MySQL).
- Proficient in version control systems especially Git.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and building cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated strong planning execution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
