Job Description
- Must have 3-5 yrs extensive knowledge of supporting and implementing Microsoft Active Directory Services.
- Provide technical support: Offer face-to-face and remote Tier 1 and 2 incident resolution to users experiencing hardware software and application problems.
- Manage desktop deployments and configurations: Install configure upgrade maintain and support desktop systems including peripherals and software applications ensuring they meet company standards and security policies.
- User account and access management: Create modify and delete user accounts set permissions and access levels and manage group policies in Active Directory.
