Job Description
Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Jamnagar Gujarat
Qualification: BE / / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in civil and finishing works for construction projects
Project Duration: 1 to 2 years
Work Hours: 12 hours per day Monday to Saturday
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage all civil and finishing work at our construction site in Jamnagar. Youll play a key role in ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and up to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Supervise all on-site civil and finishing works

Ensure timely and quality execution as per project specifications

Coordinate daily site activities and manage civil execution teams

Work closely with contractors and labor teams to optimize productivity

Monitor safety protocols and maintain compliance with quality standards

Report progress and challenges to the project management team regularly

Strong understanding of civil construction techniques materials and relevant regulations

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans

Experienced in resource planning and project scheduling

Capable of leading teams and ensuring clear on-site communication

Familiar with tools like AutoCAD MS Project or other construction management software

Strong attention to detail problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
