Job Description:
RBC Bearings Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Industrial Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales with a strong drive to understand technical products and deliver excellent client servicing. The role requires regular travel to industrial areas within the assigned territory to promote our products and ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct industrial field sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory.

Visit potential clients in industrial areas to pitch products and generate sales.

Manage and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collections.

Report market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to the management.

Diploma/ITI Holders Mechanical Civil Electrical or related fields preferred.

Strong motivation to learn and understand technical product details.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.

Must be a Male candidate residing in or around Tamil Nadu.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
