Dax Modeller

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented DAX Modeler with strong expertise in Power BI and Azure data services to join our team as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust data models using DAX and working with large-scale data environments on the Azure platform.

• Develop and maintain complex DAX models in Power BI ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

• Design and implement tabular data models using Azure Analysis Services (AAS).

• Work on end-to-end Power BI development including data modeling report building and dashboard creation.

• Handle large-scale data (terabyte-level) from various sources and optimize data pipelines for performance.

• Collaborate with data engineers architects and business users to ensure seamless data flow and transformation.

• Use Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure services to support ETL processes and data orchestration.

• Contribute to data warehousing strategies and ensure scalable data architecture.

• Ensure data quality and adherence to governance and compliance standards.

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in DAX and Power BI.

• Strong expertise in DAX modeling and tabular model design.

• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of ETL processes.

• Solid experience in Azure Analysis Services (AAS) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).

• Familiarity with data engineering practices and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience handling large-scale datasets (terabyte size).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
