Job Title: General Manager

Location: Remote St. Paul MN/Kansas City MO

Job Type: Full Time/Direct Hire

Must-Haves:

P&L Experience

Leadership and Sales Experience

Managing teams geographically across a similar

size region/territory (here the territory is the Plains States)

Operations field-based management or Service type

7-10 years experience in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
