Job Description

Job Title: Junior Data Engineer

Location: Remote (Must be local to the DC area and willing to come onsite when needed)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Citizenship: US Citizen with active Secret Clearance
Job Type: Contract W2

Rate: $50/hr on W2

Top Required Skills

Bachelors Degree in IT Data Engineering APIs MUST HAVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

Experience with Advana procurement and audit analytics or Advana experience

Experience working in DoD Financial Management

Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of major financial management business systems owned by the Department of Defense and the organizations that use those systems

Ability to communicate with and advise executives on financial management and financial statement audit matters. Experience with providing seamless data integration and availability.

Experience testing APIs and Authentication methods. Proficient with RESTful APIs SOAP and other HTTP request protocols ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.

Experience developing optimizing and maintaining data ingest flows
