Job Description
Auto Offer Position
Lutheran Hospital
Travel CST (OR)
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3- 12 hour shifts 1030-2300
Call requirements: 1 call shift during the week typically either 11p-7a if evenings or 5p-7a if days also one weekend every 8-9 weeks 7a-7p or 7p-7a
GH: 72 bi-weekly
Max amount of RTO: 1 week
Bill rate: $60/hr rate approved
Certifications/experience required :
- CST Certification required must be from NBSTA National Board of Surgical Technology
- BLS
