Duration: 6 Months Contract.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to drive the design and implementation of a multi-phase engagement focused on executive communication cybersecurity portfolio reporting and PMO standardization. This role will lead agile-based reporting models facilitate governance structures and ensure delivery of key milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of workflows and templates for executive communication.
- Implement an Agile-aligned reporting framework for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Facilitate backlog grooming sprint planning and weekly stand-ups.
- Define and operationalize intake prioritization and escalation processes for the Cybersecurity PMO.
- Deliver executive dashboards scorecards and governance models.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is complete.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Agile project leadership preferably in cybersecurity or IT governance.
- Strong understanding of PMO structures and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in JIRA Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with dashboarding tools and agile metrics tracking.
