Job Title: Senior Manager Temp Recruitment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: upto 13LPA
Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs
Reports To: Recruitment Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager Temp Recruitment to lead and scale our temporary
hiring function. This role will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact
recruitment strategies to support seasonal project-based or contingent workforce needs
across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-
on execution with experience managing large-scale temp hiring programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for all temporary contractual
and short-term staffing needs.
Partner with business leaders workforce planning and HRBPs to understand hiring
forecasts and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Build a scalable hiring process for volume hiring across functions like operations
customer support field staff etc.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners staffing agencies and job
portals.
Leverage sourcing channels (e.g. job boards social media internal referrals campus
drives) for efficient temp talent acquisition.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators focused on temp hiring.
Implement metrics-driven hiring processes to improve time-to-fill cost-per-hire and
quality-of-hire.
Report regularly to leadership on hiring progress across PAN india pipeline status
and areas of concern.
Drive employer branding efforts specific to temp hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business or related field.
12 years of recruitment experience
Proven experience in managing temp hiring for large organizations or agencies.
Familiarity with recruitment tech (ATS CRM) data analytics and vendor
management.
Strong leadership stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
