About this Position:
Job Title: Epic Project Manager (In-Person Interview)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple projects ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams external vendors and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones deliverables and risk mitigation strategies.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and dependencies drive resolution through structured problem-solving.
Provide regular project status updates and communicate progress to both executive and non-executive stakeholders.
Ensure alignment across departments through clear documentation structured communication and collaborative planning.
Practice and promote structured project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of networking principles and communication systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to build rapport and navigate diverse team dynamics.
Highly organized and dependable with a strong track record of managing complex multi-team initiatives.
Locals are preferred with the ability to be on-site as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Prior experience working in local government healthcare or other public sector environments.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems or healthcare IT infrastructure.
Experience coordinating with facilities teams and managing logistics during office moves or space redesigns.
Professional certifications such as PMP PMI-ACP or Scrum Master are a plus.
