Job Description

Role: VOIP Engineer

Duration: 3 month contract -6 Mo contract ; could convert

Location: San Jose; 3 days onsite/ 2 remote

Skills:

Lead Voice person. 3 person team. 2 more jr assisting with tickets.
Must have experience with Cisco CUCM and UCCX voice Systems
Transitioning from cisco.
Main thing keeping system alive making sure everything is healthy on the cisco side
Zoom experience would be nice to have.
Cisco CUCM Version 12
Making sure they are stable.
Analog-gateway exp
