This role plays a vital part in managing nationwide communication timelines building strategic presentation decks and supporting the seamless execution of high-impact events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized adept at managing multiple timelines and skilled in aligning stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central liaison across marketing operations design and leadership teams to ensure aligned on-time delivery of communications and event assets.
Drive and maintain program roadmaps tracking progress milestones and interdependencies across multiple initiatives.
Create format and manage compelling executive-facing presentation decks for leadership meetings national events and business updates.
Coordinate timelines approvals and workflows for communication materials supporting product launches campaign rollouts and live events.
Gather and consolidate input from various teams to inform content strategy messaging and planning.
Monitor and report on program status risks and readiness metrics providing recommendations and updates to stakeholders as needed.
Lead communication planning sessions and follow-ups to drive execution across key workstreams.
Support the logistical and communication needs of nationwide live and virtual events ensuring brand and messaging consistency.
Governance model update for key communications platforms including Social Media Digital Signage Studio etc.
Analyze various data points to create materials illustrating trends and metrics across our portfolio.
Craft clear strategic presentations for executives and key initiatives. Understand and pull content from across portfolios consolidating it into a comprehensive seamless and easy-to-follow presentation.
Ideation & Brainstorming: Provide leadership to develop additional strategies and tactical ideas for addressing a specific challenge.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in project coordination program communications or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to manage roadmaps timelines and stakeholder alignment across complex programs.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; highly skilled in creating professional visually engaging decks/presentations.
Experience supporting the communications lifecycle for live or virtual events on a national scale.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in collaboration and tracking tools such as ServiceNow.
Bonus: Experience with Sprinklr Triple Play FirstUp Cloud-based systems etc.
Degree in Communications Marketing Graphic Design or Business.
Experience working with creative/design teams and an understanding of brand standards.
Familiarity with corporate messaging campaign strategy or event logistics.
