Description
The Treasurer will play a crucial role in managing the fiscal responsibilities of our Learning and amp; Development division. This position is essential to ensuring that our financial practices support our organizational goals and enhance our training effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Manage the organizations budget and forecast financial performance.
- Track revenue and expenditures and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and management of financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee all financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of financial training programs.
- Engage with external financial institutions as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or a related administrative role.
