Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assign user rights to applications network services folders printers and cloud services
Handle password resets across Active Directory email and internal systems
Manage user lifecycle tasks: creation deletion disabling and cleanup
Support endpoint deployment and device configuration
Provide customer support through in-person chat or phone communication
Manage privileged and secondary access accounts
Requirements:
Prior experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support roles
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with endpoint deployment and new device setup
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to make an immediate impact
