Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in designing developing and deploying Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Workday tools and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and deploy Workday integrations using EIB Core Connector PICOF PECI and Workday Studio
- Build and maintain Workday dashboards reports applications and custom integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Finance Payroll Legal) to gather business requirements and resolve pain points
- Support testing and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless functionality
- Contribute to the HR data and analytics strategy by integrating data sources and building actionable insights
- Integrate Workday with third-party vendor systems and internal technologies
- Participate in knowledge sharing and help build internal documentation and delivery frameworks
- Recommend and implement new features and workflows to improve the Workday environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Workday integrations including APIs EIB PECI PICOF Workday Studio and Core Connector
- Proficient in at least one Workday functional area (e.g. Core HCM Benefits Payroll etc.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and best practices
- Workday certifications in Integration Core CCTPP and Studio are a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience contributing to product feature enhancements or building workflows
- Familiarity with building internal delivery collateral or training materials
