Job Description
Job Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Pennington NJ / Charlotte NC / Plano TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 10 15 Years
Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Change management experience with CRQ creation using BMC Helix ITSM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption and reduce resistance
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans
- Identify risks and resistance points and create mitigation plans
- Conduct impact analysis assess readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Document requirements and support training program design and delivery
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clarity throughout the change process
- Monitor adoption utilization and proficiency of implemented changes
- Create measurement systems to track change effectiveness and user engagement
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth and transition of change
