You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platform including core ITSM modules: Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
Configure and manage forms fields tables business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions notifications and access controls (ACLs).
Manage user roles groups and permissions in line with enterprise security policies.
Perform regular system upgrades patches health checks and maintain system integrity.
Support CMDB maintenance and discovery ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) records.
Assist with data imports transform maps and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues working closely with technical teams and end users.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Generate and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to support IT operations and service metrics.
Ensure platform configurations adhere to ServiceNow best practices and are fully documented.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript GlideScript and use of the ServiceNow Studio.
Experience with update sets workflows catalog items and custom application development.
Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and their application in ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model CMDB and discovery tools.
