Job Description
Job Title: Azure Data Engineer
Location : San Francisco CA USA
Experience : 7 Years

Role Summary:
Were seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer with 7 years of experience in designing and managing cloud-based data solutions. Youll work with Azure Data Factory Azure Databricks and PySpark to build data pipelines migrate traditional systems to the cloud and support enterprise analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (PySpark)

Migrate RDBMS/ETL workloads to Azure Data Lake and ELT processes

Design and build data lakes and data marts for reporting and analytics
-
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure performance reliability and data quality across systems
Required Skills:
-
7 years with Azure Databricks & PySpark
-
5 years with Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake

Experience in RDBMS/ETL migration to cloud

Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Attributes:

Azure certification (e.g. DP-203 preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Passionate about data innovation cloud engineering and scalable architecture design
